Our 2 bedroom 2 bath home has been rated by our guests as one of the nicest villas at the Island Club. We have been recently renovated and everything is gated in the Neptune section of the Island Club, we have a wonderful ocean/lagoon view giving our guests the best of both worlds. The lagoon offers a tranquil relaxing setting full of local wildlife just below the private balcony. The Atlantic ocean is just past the lagoon and dunes. PERFECT! Our home has been completely furnished with everything you and your family will need to make your vacation an enjoyable, stress-free trip.

Our villa is situated on South Forest Beach Drive directly across the street from the beach. We are just a few blocks down (1/4 mile) and an easy walk to Coligny Square which has over 50 restaurants and shops! It is a comfortable, family oriented 980 sq ft two-story villa with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, closest building to the beach with our balcony overlooking the pool. It is perfect for 4 adult guests but will sleep 6 guests (4 adults and 2 kids comfortably). We refresh and update the villa after each peak season. The master bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom has two twins and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room. Since it is our second home it has everything! A fully stocked kitchen w/ all major appliances. Bed sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels and starting amenities are provided.

Cute & cozy beach villa has been completely remodeled and updated with everything you need to enjoy your time on Hilton Head Island. Located on the first floor of an elevated building with convenient parking below. We have two pools on the property, BBQ picnic area & a large sundeck for oceanviews without the sand. We have an elevator near our front door making luggage, shopping & carrying beach items easy. We supply a renter's closet to loan you borrowing chairs, umbrellas, toys and a beach cart so no need to rent these items! We have a laundry room down the hall and vending machines on the ground level. We have 2 T.V.'s with Cable, DVD & VHS players and a supply of movies you can borrow for FREE.
